Following the trend of real estate offices giving up store fronts and office space, Shore Realty emerged in 2006 as an online virtual real estate company. Terry brought her degrees in English to the Outer Banks for the same reason everyone wants to come here. Nature is everywhere on the OBX and the lure of the Atlantic Ocean convinced Terry to take up residence in 1993. Terry worked in the tourist industry until 2003 when she obtained her real estate license and started helping buyers and sellers on the OBX with their real estate needs. Her 13+ years of real estate sales gives her the experience to handle any real estate related situation with expertise and ease.

GREG CREMIA, Owner/ Senior Broker

Greg migrated to the OBX in 1979 to raise his family in a small town setting. In 1989 he received his Broker License and started selling real real estate. In 2006 Greg started Shore Realty with his wife Terry and only regrets not doing it sooner.Greg has seen and been a part of tremendous changes on the OBX and still loves this place he calls home. Pat Preston, Associate Broker

Relocating to the Outer Banks in 1957 with his parents, Pat is a lifelong resident of Nags Head and has witnessed the OBX transform from a sand dune into a vacation destination. Pat became a broker in 2006 and fell right into helping people with their real estate needs. Pat's parents were both in real estate and taught Pat to be a people person which he uses to help clients with their ideas and dreams.
